Rob from CSC worked with us initially to ensure that our service was compliant with Fostering Standards and regulations; it was quickly apparent when he accessed our information he was able to suggest and implement immediate changes to processes and systems which not only ensured accurate information for a variety of audiences such as Ofsted, Local Authorities and internal use but also refined data gathering, saving staff time and allowing timely response’s for running a good quality service. We also asked Rob to become the agency ADM; again he assisted positively, fine tuning the process, and the standard, consistency and quality of decision making. He applied rigour, attention and great professional standards to the ADM role.
Then, in the preparation for sale, in particular during the period of due diligence ending in a successful company sale Rob proved to be invaluable. Applying not only the skills and aptitude listed above but also sophisticated and intelligent guidance with regard to all data gathering, collation, presentation and confirmation of accuracy. He was a reassuring, knowledgeable and was an immensely positive presence throughout, so much so, I am not sure we would have achieved such a positive result and smooth transition of services without him. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage Rob again and wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation.
